A proposed structure and content of the Victims Code.MOJ engagement plan for developing the Victims Code. Code due to Cabinet by June 2012 The Centre is proposing a Code that is modelled on NZ's Health and Disability Code which will be supported by an action plan, that would include the development of specific information for victims in particular situations.
